Russian Volga hiding
possibly one of the largest mammoth cemeteries
The Volga river may be hiding the remains of a whole herd of
mammoths, researchers claim in a front-page hypothesis after divers have
started finding the bones of prehistoric animals increasingly often, reported
VOR. Researchers said that the finds are in excellent condition and are of
great interest to paleontologists.
